Table requests

• A request is not a booking until we confirm it by email.

• Online requests are for up to 6 guests. For 7 or more, write to events@ottilie.com.

• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time.

• Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your plans.

Menus and prices

Our menu changes with the seasons. Dishes, prices and opening hours on this site are a guide and may change without notice. Prices include sales tax unless stated otherwise.

Allergies

Tell us about allergies when you book and remind your server. Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish and other allergens, so we can’t guarantee any dish is free of traces.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for five years from purchase, can’t be exchanged for cash and are treated like cash if lost.

Photos, text and design on this site belong to Ottilie or are used with permission. Please don’t reuse them without asking.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
